I ordered a sample product item and Jessie was my contact. Jessie has been very responsive and helpful. The fisrt shipment was taken out of its create by the delivery company and consequently, the missored glass was destroyed and broken. Jessie assisted in shipping another mirror and at my request ensured the mirror was propertly wooden crated and delivered still created.
